This will be a Monday-Friday, 8a-5p schedule and pay will start at $17/hour.
Duties:
Member service support for online membership opening Work the assigned MeridianLink XA Online Application queue (s) Utilize telephone script provided by the Retail Operations Manager to proactively call members seeking membership with USSFCU Obtain answers to required security questions Access Verafin to document member answers Once completed, access MeridianLink to update application status Document applications completed each week in a report to the Retail Operations Manager Participate as required in training, one on ones with management and XA project team meetings Other duties as assigned Why work for Qualified Staffing?
